(makes two 9-inch pies)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp. baking poder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with pastry blender. Take out 1/2 cup crumbs
and set aside. Mix milk into remaining crumb mixture. Spoon into 9-inch
unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes.
